We live in the Chicago area.  I found this blog and thought it would be a great way to record my training and connect with other runners.  Ironically, my parents live near St. George, UT, in the Kayenta area.

4 miles... supposed to do 8, but still feeling lethargic.  I think I may need to take some time off.  Not sure if this cold is still lingering or not, but may be best to just rest for a while.  Supposed to do 20 on Saturday, but likely will push that off.

Wow, first 14 were fine and last 4 were brutal.  I ran at 10-10:30 pace.  Last mile was especially difficult.  It makes me want to throw out any time goals for the marathon and just finish.  Was hoping to do the marathon in 4:00 - 4:20.
